Hi! I’m so happy you’re here, welcome to my little blurb about me. I want to start by saying, I am more than a therapist. I am a partner, a guide, a mirror to your inner light and an encourager towards your best self.

I truly believe that most of us already have the answers, the strength, the potential we are looking for, buried within us. Sometimes the most difficult thing is opening up to someone else and allowing them to help us put the pieces together. I aim to always create a safe space where it almost feels natural to let your guard down because you will see that your vulnerabilities and imperfections are actually your greatest strengths.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and I have lifetime experience of giving advice, being a listening ear and/or bringing positivity to any interaction or situation. However, to get there, I also had to have experience with facing failure, learning to ignore self-doubt and fighting to turn obstacles into opportunities. I am a professional first, but I also stay rooted in being authentic, open minded and flexible to my clients needs. Even if you may not know what your needs or goals are exactly, I’m here for the journey of uncertainty and figuring it out together.

I respect, value and thoroughly enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and life experiences, as these are the things that make us unique and special to the world. If there weren’t other people along my own path to guide me, walk beside me and give me hope that “better” does exist; I would NOT be in this position today to be a confidant, a companion or potential guide to you and others. I would not have been able to become the person that I needed growing up.

So I invite you to explore the possibilities of who you can become by booking a consultation with me. This initial meeting will allow us to see if we are a good fit and how I can best support you on your journey. You are more than worth it.
