As a dedicated mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field, Jumel Jones is passionate about providing compassionate and effective care to individuals facing a range of mental health and substance use challenges. Jumel holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor-Trainee (CASAC-T).

Throughout his career, Jumel has worked with diverse populations, including individuals living with HIV/AIDS, Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Bipolar, Personality Disorders and those experiencing homelessness, and clients with dual diagnoses. Jumel is skilled in utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety to empower clients on their journey toward recovery and wellness. 

Jumel believes in a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of building trust and rapport with each individual. Jumel aims to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, ultimately fostering personal growth and resilience.
