Kari Sosler, Therapist

Kari Sosler, Therapist BIO:

My name is Kari Sosler, and I am a dedicated and experienced social worker with a profound passion for supporting individuals through their life's challenges. With over 22 years of experience in the social work field, I have devoted much of my career to child welfare, working closely with children and families facing difficult circumstances, including neglect, abuse, addiction, trauma, and domestic issues. As a therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic environment where you can feel comfortable unburdening yourself. My approach is warm and compassionate, designed to help you feel understood and supported. I am proficient in a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), family systems approach, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and psychoeducation. These approaches allow me to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and help you build resilience, develop new coping skills, and create healing within. Together, we can navigate your struggles, fostering growth and helping you lead a more positive and productive life. I am here to support you every step of the way, offering guidance and understanding as we work towards your mental and emotional well-being.
