                                                             Krystal Findley, LMSW  BIO:

Change is HARD! But I firmly believe in the transformative power of growth. As a licensed master social worker and dedicated professional with over 12 years of experience, I have a comprehensive background in supporting individuals across the lifespan who are navigating life’s complex challenges, including mental illness, substance use, developmental disabilities, trauma, grief, and relationship dynamics. My clinical approach focuses on creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported while being empowered to stretch beyond their comfort zones and

take meaningful steps toward change. I have a deep commitment and passion for uncovering generational wounds within children and families. I particularly enjoy helping parents navigate the complexities of parenting and self-care, while fostering resilience and building stronger family connections. In addition to my clinical work, I bring leadership experience from roles where I supervised and guided multidisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and improve client outcomes. My ability to lead while maintaining a client-centered focus has allowed me to create programs and

interventions that address diverse needs across various settings. I use evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing, to support clients through anxiety, depression, addiction, parenting stress, relational challenges, and the effects of trauma. Whether you seek personal growth, family support, or guidance through life’s transitions, I am here to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and create a life of balance, connection, purpose, and fulfillment.
